An analyst in an IT company is essentially a translator from the language of customers to the language of programmers. That is, I constantly communicate with programmers and customers, analyze what the customer needs, and translate these requirements into a language that programmers understand.
I work on internal processes automation projects in our company, which improves user interaction with programs. I also deal with software integration when it is necessary, for example, to introduce a new program into existing business processes. My main task is to build communication so that everyone - both the customer and the programmers - understands what is required of them. It is also important to communicate feedback from customers to developers.
